Through a thorough desk and field research, our expert explored state of art, situation of females in sport in participating countries, and explored existing practices. We have identified the critical issue of gender disparity in sports participation among young people across Europe, challenges, but also a successful strategies in promoting equal opportunities for young girls in sports.
Our team of practitioners has collected the best approaches to engaging girls in sport and physical activity, and combined them into an empirically validated and interactive training format.
