Training format
The local training in Novi Sad (18–20 & 25–27 October 2024) gathered 12 sports operators working with high school students. Over six days, participants engaged in icebreakers, teamwork, and inclusiveness exercises designed to create a safe and cooperative environment. The program combined practical activities with peer learning, enabling participants to exchange experiences and co-manage sessions. Through problem-solving and strategic tasks, they strengthened their facilitation skills, built confidence, and explored ways to apply the methods directly in schools. The training equipped participants with tools to foster inclusive, engaging, and motivating learning environments for young people.
Youth ambassadors program
Empowering Girls Through Sport Campaigns
The three-day Youth Ambassadors training in Niš (25–27 April 2025) engaged eight young women aged 15–19 in exploring how to use social campaigns to promote girls’ participation in sports. Through non-formal education methods such as storytelling, role-playing, visualization, and digital content creation, participants reflected on the barriers that keep girls away from sports and transformed these insights into campaign strategies. They crafted empowering messages, developed creative slogans, and produced online content such as Reels and posters, while also planning school and club-based activities. The training emphasized teamwork, peer learning, and ownership, helping participants strengthen confidence, creativity, and leadership skills. By the end, the girls not only gained practical campaign tools but also a strong sense of empowerment to act as ambassadors for inclusion and change in their communities.
