The seven-day local training in Volos, Greece (23–29 September 2024) brought together school teachers and sport operators to test a new training format aimed at encouraging greater involvement of young girls in sports. Combining theory with hands-on activities, the program focused on building trust, promoting inclusivity, and strengthening communication and leadership skills. Participants engaged in teamwork, problem-solving, and facilitation exercises, gaining practical tools to apply in schools and sports clubs. The training fostered collaboration between education and sport professionals, equipping them to become advocates for inclusive sport practices.
